With Opera Neon's new design, users are given the option to simply ignore the pop-up if they so choose, which is a big departure from the old version of the browser where users had to click the "open" button in order to get to any website. Using a combination of JavaScript and WebKit technology, the blink layout engine works to determine whether you really want to open that page or not, and then offers a pop-up menu or a simple window to the user. One of the big features of the new design is a new feature called the "blink layout engine," which helps users take an inactive page and turn it into one that they are more interested in. The big change, however, is that Opera has disabled the toolbar that used to be present in all versions of the browser and instead relies on the desktop for making menus, which gives it a distinct advantage over its competitors. For instance, the layout has been designed such that the menu and address bar appear on the same vertical axis, a design that many people will feel is very similar to the background of a website. Like Chrome before it, Opera is trying to find a way to differentiate itself from the rest of the pack by presenting a new design that is different enough to stand out but not so different that it ends up being ignored by users. However, the concept lacks a number of useful functions and tools, such as the Turbo regime.Opera, which was recently sold to a consortium of Chinese investors, is now doing what it can to shake things up in the field of web browsers by introducing Opera Neon. That is, the speed of loading pages and stability of work here is identical to that of the original browser. Opera Neon uses the same engine as the usual Opera. In general, the changes in the graphic shell are not very significant, but in practice the conceptual design looks very "fresh". This allows the user to see more content on an open web page. The unusual arrangement of panels with tabs and tools allowed developers to save space at the top of the window. From there, the user can open a new window for comfortable playback of media files, take a screenshot of the page and go to the download manager. The set of functions that developers decided to put on the left panel is quite unusual. If the right part of the main Opera Neon window is occupied by the tabbed panel, the left part is placed under the browser management toolbar. You will see them when you switch to a tab, change the order of pages and so on. But the developers "provided" this panel with a lot of nice animations. The design of the tabbed pane is almost identical to what you'll see in the quick access menu. They are displayed here on a separate panel on the right side of the screen. Quite unusually in the browser implemented a tab management system. As a background for the quick access screen, the browser uses the image (or images) selected by the user as the "wallpaper" for the desktop. The user is free to change the location of such circles independently. Instead of previewing sites, it now displays stylish circles with resource logos. Firstly, the developers have completely rethought the quick access screen. Opera Neon is a concept of a new browser from the creators of Opera, which is interesting with its not quite typical interface.
